windows.  This room is the namesake for Captain Lycett, the Civil War Captain who built the
homestead in 1881, which stayed in the family until 1976.

homestead was best known as Lycett's Rooms & Cottages, the name it displayed until 1976.

~ Two person jacuzzi tub for your enjoyment, soak with a view of Schroon Lake.
~ LateFall, Gas fireplace, for immediate ambiance or extra warmth on a chilly night.

Price Range:  $100 - $115Per Night                        Weekly:  $600 to $700
A cozy 2nd floor room located in the back of the house.  Spring Valley was the first  name given
to the homestead when it first started taking guests in the late 1800's.
