Cottage Rates for 2012 Weeknights $89 Weekends (Fri &Sat) $95 Weekly $575 2 Night Minimum July & August Monthly & Seasonal Rentals Available * Rates do not include 7.75% sales and 3% use tax Check-In: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Check Out: 11:00 am (Please call if special arrangements are needed) * Two night minimum July & August, 3 Nights during some Special Events. * No Smoking in rooms Permitted on porches only. Deposit & Cancellation Policy We are a small property and turn down many calls for the room we have reserved for you, that is why we need the following cancellation policy. * 1 night deposit at time reservation is made, balance due upon arrival. * 2 Night deposit on weekly reservations. Payment by cash, Visa or MasterCard. * All cancellations may be subject to $25 cancellation fee. * Cancellations 21 days before your stay will be credited a full refund, less the $25 cancellation fee. * Cancellations less then 21 days before your stay begins will forfeit one nights lodging cost per room reserved, which may be applied towards a future nights stay. * There is no refund on early departures or late check ins. * Prices and policies are subject to change at anytime. |
