We provide a unique opportunity for you to bring and enjoy your own water toys(boat, canoe, kayak,
etc...), most can be used right from our property. Or explore the numerous surrounding waterways for
increased variety and challenge level. In addition, the quaint and friendly hamlet of Schroon Lake is
located a half mile down the road and boasts many delicious restaurants, taverns, antique shops, and other
unique stores, plus a restored art-deco movie theater (whcih plays current offerings).
Lakeview Inn is a work in progress!
The Inn consists of two individual buildings, the first contains our three one-bedroom efficiencies, which we
are currently operating. They have been completely remodeled and tastefully decorated for the 2004
season. The second is a circa 1880's farmhouse that is currently being meticulously restored and
converted into our future north country Bed & Breakfast (view B&B renovations page). Our goal is to
create a Bed & Breakfast experience with country charm, causal elegance and unsurpassed hospitality.
We hope to create an atmosphere rich in the combined love of experiencing the great outdoors and the
appreciation of beautiful artwork wrapped into an enriching lodging experience.
